Average Pho, Good ServiceWhile the service was good, fast, and friendly, the food was average - not outright bad, but it didn’t impress.I ordered the pho short ribs combo and a Thai iced tea. The pho broth was rather plain and lacked depth and flavor, with just okay noodles and rare steak. The two short ribs that came with the dish were big, but the meat was not braised long enough, making it really hard to remove from the bone. The Thai iced tea was also nothing special. The restaurant itself is basic and plain, typical for a pho place in a strip mall.I wont be back and wouldn't recommend this place. If you're in the mood for good pho, I suggest heading just minute up Western to th Street and visiting Pho Gyu Vietnamese Noodle House, which offers significantly better food and dining experience.

I ordered from Thank U Pho via GrubHub and commend the efficient delivery by the GrubHub driver.Being a pho enthusiast, I've sampled numerous pho spots across the US and internationally. Regrettably, the pho from Thank U Pho didn't quite meet the mark. The beef broth lacked depth and tasted somewhat generic. I suspect they might use premade mixes rather than the authentic beef bone method. For me, a good broth defines a pho experience, and this one fell short. The noodles initially felt rigid but softened slightly in the lukewarm broth. The chicken, unfortunately, was tough, raising questions about its freshness or storage. On the brighter side, the accompanying ingredients like sprouts, basil, and jalapeno were fresh and generously portioned, adding a nice crunch and flavor to the dish. Thank U Pho nailed the sides. The vermicelli in the spring rolls shared a similar texture issue. Furthermore, the peanut sauce, while decent, didn't stand out compared to others I've tried.Kudos to Thank U Pho for their careful delivery packaging, though I'd urge them to reconsider their use of Styrofoam for sustainability reasons. The packaging did its job in ensuring no spills. In summary, Thank U Pho's pho was a out of for me. With the richness of the broth improved, it could easily climb to a or . Given the plethora of pho options nearby, it wouldn't be my top pick. However, for convenience, it's an option, albeit one that's distinctly average.

This review is solely on an Uber eats delivery and I’m pretty sure in person it would be a higher rating. Overall it was a great experience.I ordered their Rare Steak and Brisket Pho along with Summer Roll, egg roll and cha gio combo. The pho was definitely on point with the broth and meat pieces. Even though it was a delivery, all you need is a descent size bowl to recreate it at home. The combo appetizer was also great, solid flavors and choices of rolls.I’d definitely get this for delivery again and maybe even try it in person because it’s a solid pho spot.
